    The Nest facilitated 3 workshops and discussions across 2 days, during the CA BIPOCAN’s first in-person convening. Approximately 25 Network members gathered at the gorgeous Paicines Ranch, where we led 1.) strategic planning sessions to support building a framework for shared leadership and relationship building exercises to foster healing & joy between network members.

    STONY POINT

    The Nest managed the end-to-end production of this multi-day, national convening in upstate New York. From a seven-month planning runway to the final onsite debrief, we guided our clients through a venue search, vendor selection, and budget management. In addition to curating several days of discussion, networking and planning, we produced a pop up closing celebration with food trucks, lawn games and a DJ-led dance party!

    The Nest designed a full brand identity and social media strategy to serve as the foundation for a stunning Marketing Activation at the historic Saban Theater in LA, including a screening, talk back and cocktail hour. We managed the budget, timeline, supply purchases and rentals, vendor coordination and online ticketing.

    OAKLAND

    After producing the Los Angeles a book launch, celebrating the latest novel by renowned author, Sharon Bridgforth, bull-jean & dem/dey back, we were invited back to create the Bull-Jean Book Party in Oakland! We hosted the evening at The Huey P. Newton Foundation in downtown Oakland, where guests enjoyed local catered bites, listened to several of Sharon's fans and mentees read from the book, and heard behind the scenes details from Sharon in a Q&A, and concluded the evening with a full dance party!
