The California BIPOC Agroecology Network is a California collective aimed at providing provide a safe, supportive space for BIPOC individuals and groups to --at the necessary pace-- build relationships and co-create justice-based, collaborative projects to advance transformative, agroecological food and farm solutions in their communities.
The Nest facilitated 3 workshops and discussions across 2 days, during the CA BIPOCAN’s first in-person convening. Approximately 25 Network members gathered at the gorgeous Paicines Ranch, where we led 1.) strategic planning sessions to support building a framework for shared leadership and relationship building exercises to foster healing & joy between network members.
